Either Miltek, Blameflame , or APR RSC are the only ones to spend your money on.

...........got it from ebay mate.Brand new but it was around a year ago. They sound spot on mate,just give then a thousand miles or so to ''bed'' in & no the don't sound chavey. Bit louder than stock but really nice as my mate tells me every time i come down the road. :grin: you won't be dissapointed if you go for Milltek. :wink:

.......here you go John,look on ebay.I got mine from these guys,Junction 26 m1 £399.00 now + £15.00 post etc.Gone up a bit since i got mine but a great service.Item no 230447763497.
Found another one from Demontweaks !!!!! same price but with free p&p. Item no 180506340609. I would get the ''non res'' one mate as i think the ''resonated'' is quiter than the standard factory system.

Post by: Ed30DSG on 16 May 2010, 14:10: The resonated system is louder than the std system, but not by much, however the non-res system has some boom around cruising speeds on the motorway. Difficult choice for me, as I like the noise when pushing on, but the boom became a real drag when doing long distances.

Blueflame is ment to Not "Drone" but i have no complaints with my non res milltek.

I would of thought the louder the exhaust is, the more louder it would be in the cabin??

But ive not yet been in a GTi to hear one yet, hopefully Gti Inters will be the 1st ...... nudge nudge Nick :wink:

its all "subjective" as Robin would say, initially when i had the blueflame exhaust i did think it was a tad loud but that was after driving standard exhaust for a year. Now ive had the Blueflame for a while i love it more and more, it makes a truely awesome noise when you want it too but i drive 40 miles on the motorway everyday and have learnt that it can be silent when you want it too. i cant be bothered with those chavy Milltek's :tongue:

You need to change the downpipe to get the most out of the exhaust - it is very restrictive, with 2 x 400 cell cats in there.
