Title: after market Cd Changer ?

Can you get a after market boot Cd changer for my gamma unit below ? or do the OM changers only work

yes you can you can get a sony or kenwood changer but you will also need the appropriate connects2 vw to sony/kenwood changer adapter can't give you the part numbers till tomorrow as i do not have my catalogue to hand

it is a special converter that allows a kenwood or sony to work with a gamma unit

sorry its taken so long to get back to you about this
the only aftermarket changer that can be fitted to the factory unit is a sony 6 disc changer and you will need the connects2 adapter part number CTAVGS003

I've got a VAG 6 disc changer in the boot of mine, just needs the harness removing, also got the head unit aswell if you are interested.
I can check it all works for you tomorrow if you are interested

skint atm how much would you want for it, think i would just need the changer and wires and harness

I'm in no rush, its still in the car, i will give a test to make sure it works, send you some pics and i can keep hold of it, like i said no rush, i have bigger things i need to get rid of first, like 1 1/2 mk2 interiors including all the trim, belts etc and maybe a dashboard.
