Title: Sorry folks but... i cant believe it!

due to new job and baby on the way im having to sell my 4 as i have bought a vrs fabia. my job is 48 miles away and its costing me a packet in petrol a day so i think the 6th gear on the fab will come handy on the long motorway drive. anyone interested your welcome to pm me.

ye il still be about asking the derv lads questions  :grin: as far as i know its a pd130 dont know what code yet. remap with a few mods possible in the future im sure  :cool:

what bhp could be produced out of the standard engine with a few light mods and remap like u said but with stock exhaust?

think Nick likes to keep the torque down on the vRS due to it being a smaller car than the golf
IIRC he said he maps then to around 280ftlb

But they are heavier aren't they, is not part of the reason why the rear axle bushes are stiffer???

is it worth removing the egr valve steve or rhys on stock map? or wait till map time then fit egr blank pipe?  :cool:

Depending on the year, removing the EGR or shutting it off by blocking the pipe can cause the check engine light (CEL) to turn on.

A map will remove this warning.

it has FVWSH for god sake 75k on the clock and 1 prev owner!

i been chatting to a few peeps on briskoda and there getting 350ftlb's from stock and on standard clutch, but its not lasting long lol
