Title: New to the scene! mk3 gti purchased.

Hi guys, Mike here.  Im 22, from Oldham Greater Manchester & I collect my Mk3 GTI 16v (3 door) this sat (15th) and cant wait!
It has 113k on the clock, dragon green & totally standard apart from morette headlights :D  It seems to be totally unabused!

My past car history is in the french scene,
I have owned a Renault 5 gtt (my first car) & the last car before this a Mk2 saxo vtr. I had enough of un-reliable cars so headed Dubway.

Look forward to being an active part of the community! & I will post some pics as soon as I collect it!

Also any local members?

Looks like you done same as me , im currently on my first dub mk3 gti since moving from the french scene.

It was the next best step as im not really into jap.
Cant wait to collect it!!
Im un-decided as to keep it totally standard or have some classy mods.

Classy mods will go a long way, and if you have a look at some of the projects on here, you'll soon get the modding bug.  :grin:
