Title: fault code 17965

17965 -  Charge Pressure Control: Positive Deviation
 got this  fault on a turbo diesel  could it be a N75 valve ?
 when  the car gets into 3rd  - 4th gear and i bring boost in the car will go into limp mode ! this dont happen in 1st -2nd if i boot it !!
