Title: Mk 4 speaker issues with new radio

I just installed a Pioneer AVH-P3200BT radio and now my front right speaker won't work, however the tweeter still does, and my back left speaker has the same issue. I'm not sure how to resolve this. I have double checked all my wire connections, which shouldn't be an issue since the tweeter and the speakers share the same wire connecting them into the radio. Is it possible that I have blown a fuse, or that the speaker has blown out? Does anybody have advice on how I ought to fix this, and why this has happened? Thank you.
