Title: How much coolent

Stupid one i know but, how much coolant do i add? I have drain the system completely and want to refill it, Haynes says it take 6.3 liters! How much of this should be coolant?

think the guide is 50% in winter, could be wrong....

i just put in about 2ltrs of the stuff

the higher the concentration of anti-freeze the hotter your car will run.

make sure your car a good flush out first off. drain then fill it with just water and run the car till it boils in the expansion bottle. then drain all that off and then refill with anti-freeze & water


make sure your heater is set to max heat when draining/filling!!

It has been drained and refilled twice in the last 3 weeks - due to oil cooler removale and a leak, water was very good! not much rust at all!
