Title: Red mk3 Major fading

My poor gti has been off the road for nearly a year now and its crushing.. finally decided to get her back on the road an looking nice before she does.. only problem as i think the bonnet has been over t-cutted.. as i have tried to get it from pink to red again and its having none of it... anyone know any cheap suggestions before i either repalce or spray it..
