New engine fitted all ok ! starts first time off the button BUT when warm it turns over quite a bit before it fires
any thoughts ????

very very common problem - you can try changing the coolant temperature sensor, sometimes that's all that is needed... but generally it seems to be a pump timing issue which can be worked around by convincing the car's ECU that it's an automatic, which alters the pump timing on startup.
