Title: Starter Motor removal help!
Post by: kanemartin101 on 21 April 2010, 18:19
Well whilst attempting to remove the starter motor i have seem to have sheered off the the nut that hold the positive power lead to the motor! I know this is obviously quite detrimental! Is there any way i can replace this bolt or = new starter motor? Help please Also how hard do you actually need to yank these fooking 18 mm nuts ?!!

you may be able to take the starter to a reconditioning place to get it fixed, and the 18mm bolts are usually quite tight(depends how tight the previous person done them really) and they are long as fook.lol
