just thought when it comes to the mkii im getting is 19yrs old does that mean it would qualify on a classic policy?
-
It does with Footman James. You need to be 25 or over and use it as a second car (limited mileage).

well im 26 but the car will be the daily so im assuming i woudnt qualify or is that just certain ins comps?

It may well be certain insurers. Best phoning around and seeing what's on offer.

with us it is 15 years or older. There are a couple of terms though:-
1. Worth over £1000 i.e not a banger
2. You must have regular access to another vehicle.
3. Must be limited to no more than 7500/8000 mpa.
4. 21yrs old or above
i believe these are fairly common terms for a classic policy
