Title: How to change temp from celcius to farenheit
Post by: wuker on 19 April 2010, 11:00
I was in my brothers audi yesterday and he changed the outside temperature from Celcius to Farenheit.

On my golf  on the instrument panel the temp is in C.

Does anyone know how to do this on a MK5 GTI?

Try the search function...

Relevant info here...

In short holding both buttons down on the right-side clickwheel updates it to Fahrenheit.

Thanks for the reply

Does that also change the temp measurement on the computer inbetween the Rev counter and Mileometer?

No, do that through the MFD.

(On a non-MFSW, anyway) You hold down the bottom toggle on the right stalk whilst stationery to access several sub-menus.

You can change the convienence settings for lights, doors, etc. You'd be looking for the 'units' menu, maybe? Have a poke round there, I'm twenty miles away from my car.
