Title: headunit - loosing its radio settings

Hi,

My gf has recently purchased a mk4 golf gti, iv connected her cd player to it as it didnt have one but everytime you turn the car off then on, it looses its settings.

Any ideas?

I assume its an aftermarket stereo you've fitted?

switch the red and yellow wires around on the loom

do you mean the loom which comes with the headunit? and will i need to solder it off and back on (the points)?

You just swap the bullet connectors in the live feed from the back of the head unit  :smiley:
