Hi guys,
Going to be detailing my car this weekend, weather permitting. Been waiting on a few more products being delivered so now they're here am itching to give them a try. I have a few more questions if any of you could obilige
Claying - Can i clay the full car ( exterior ) bumpers, grill etc or just stick to the painted panels?
Jetseal 109 - Can this be applied on everything ( exterior ) again bumpers, grill, plastics & lights etc, and what about the windows/windshield?
Window seals/rubbers - these need cleaned up a good bit, what can i use to take the residue off so i am left wish fresh/clean rubber?
-
clay all painted surfaces, all windows and wheels.
jetseal can go on the paint obviously  lights and windows except the windscreen( wax or sealant should never be put on the windscreen) not on black plastics either ie bumper plastic, painted bumpers are fine though  headlights and rear lights are fine.
rubbers can be wiped down with apc on a cloth then wiped with a plain damp cloth to remove apc residue

thanks Dan,
just had a check on the net & noticed the meguiars apc, would this be cool for the seals/rubbers or anything else you could recommend?
cheers again

lol @ jimble
megs apc should be fine, i use Autosmart g101, or go to Asda and get some stuff called elbow grease, its a £1 for a 500ml spray bottle and its identical to g101
