Title: Changed the cam belt today & driving back it stalled.......

My other half took the Golf work today and him & his mechanic mate changed the cambelt, took em a while cos there was a bolt rounded off so they struggled to get it off...anyway, they did and did the belt, it sounds and runs fine now, but on the way back as he did a slight coast towards some traffic lights it stalled (never stalled before now), started up fine again straight away.
Is this just just a coincidence as he was trying to be careful not rev too much, or could it be to do with the cam belt change?? Anyone?  :huh:

I would guess unconnected but check all pipes that might have been moved.
