I'm thinking about ordering some of this stuff. Anybody used it? I've not got a polisher so I'l be applying it by hand.
-
ive got some and its very good stuff, not sure how it will perform by hand application as i use it with my rotory but its well worth getting
if your ordering from i4detailing tap in GOLFGTI in the discount code box and get 7.5% off

Nice one I'll give it a go, I hope I get decent results without the rotary.
-
if your polishing technique is good you should get good results, i love the stuff personally, also consider getting britemax blackmax glaze to apply after polishing it really takes the gloss up a notch.
-
Should I be using the resto max instead of my normal polish?
-
what do you normally use?
-
Meg's #7 showcar glaze
-
id carry on using that really as its not as aggressive as restomax, restomax is very good if more correction is needed but i wouldnt use it on a regular basis for this reason. glazes are basically used to enhance the gloss and shine after the polishing stage, retsomax is a polish not a glaze so only use it if you have light scratches and heavy swirls/spiderwebbing.
hope this helps dude

Yeah thanks a lot for your help mate. My paint's pretty good just a few minor marks, I think it's worth a try.

definatly worth a try, i wouldnt be without it now tbh
