Title: Dealer Discounts
Post by: GolfFM on 09 April 2010, 14:17
I am looking to buy a new Golf GTi with DSG, Sat Nav, Leather, Cruise control, Parking sensors etc.

Can you please let me know what sort of discount I can expect, and who are the best dealers.

Thanks.

There has been lots of threads covering this. Some posters have done well while others like myself got hee haw. Best I could do was get a grand extra for my trade in compered to other VW dealers I went to.
What Car magazine have a target price which has roughly 1,000 off a GTI which should be met by dealers. If you can't get a dealer to match their target price then there is a number to phone the magazine from which they will introduce to a dealer who will give you the target price.
