Title: Is the Right Footrest shape & dimension the same for the Mk5 & Mk6?

This is the area to the right of the accelerator pedal.
I am getting one made for the right in addition to the one for the left.
Gulfstream already has the shape and dimensions for the Right Footrest for the Mk5 but not for the Mk6.
Are they exactly the same?
I would be grateful for any information.

Measure it and ask gulfstream if they are the same dimensions as he has, job done!!

Good point...Tell me the approx measurements of what you require.I,ll go recheck my GTI.

take the old one off, get the part number off the back of it and i will tell you if its the same part. Looks the same to me though.
