Hi there
I have just collected a genuine front passenger side wheel arch from the dealer that i will be fitting shortly, but before i start i thought i would ask some of the experts on here for the best way forward.
Dont really want to screw it on cos i would expect it will look like a cheap nasty job, which is just what i don't want.
Anyone been cheeky enough to ask a paint shop to knock it on and bung em a fiver or something like?
Any help much appreciated.
Thank you Walchy

are your arches as standard?
as standard they rivet on, so go back to vw and get all the fixings, including the plastic clip thing that secures the back underneath i believe

Should be pop riveted on......

Thank you, going to get it sorted next week, hate to see it with the arch missing, looks so unfinished and untidy.
Trying to get it all finished for the show at Elsecar Heritage Centre in Barnsley on the 25th April.First day out with the 16v can't wait
