And had a great drive home
Hello all, my name is Leon and just got back home after buying Billy_Vw's anni. He's a top bloke and great to deal with! Very happy with it as I had been contemplating which car to get next, VR6, Corrados etc but I've definately made the right decision! Few plans are to get it back to original condition, manadatory wheel refurb, possibly powder coat the centres and generally keep on top of any problem i get! I've owned a Mk2 16v and that wasn't plain sailing  I'm sure the Mk3 will be better!
Regards
Leon

Welcome Leon. Billy is indeed a top bloke, met him a few times now.
Now get your ass over to the MK3 section and have a perusal, hopefully you won't encounter problems with it but if you do there is PLENTY of info there.

Thanks all!
Vdubman i'm from north london too, New Southgate area. I really wanted a Vr for the noise but for the daily commute to Kentish Town it would have been a nightmare... I've been told!

yeah the nightmare depends on how heavy your foot is,driving a vr,your foot is always heavy-not good for mpg but good for the noise.
