Title: Indicator problem.
Post by: MrRogers on 01 April 2010, 15:59
Afternoon all,

I had a little knock going back a couple of months ago and the front drivers side wing took the brunt of it all. Now all is repaird. But for some reason the indicator has gone extreamly dim as compared to my other indicator. The rest of the light is working perfectly just the indicator that seems to be knackerd.

Just wanting to know if its as simple as replacing the bulb you think would fix it? or is it going to be a whole new head light situation?

Cheers.

Get the bulb out and have a look as sometimes the bulb can go black inside but still work - and it will be dim

If the bulb on the other side works ok, fit that one to the dodgy side then you can confirm if the bulb is good or not including confirming the the right one.
If it is still the same with the other bulb in then it sounds like maybe a bad earth fault.
Do any of the other lights dim in time with that indicator when its on?
