Ok,
So i've read the Dump valve topics, and it seems the forge 007p is the best one to go for, however. I watched youtube videos.... and it doesnt seem very loud? :S Even at high rev's/pressure ?
Is it the only one that works?
I know nothing of engines... i'm far from a petrol head, so keep it simple ;)

That dump valve in your link is atmospheric (which means when you lift of the gas, it dumps the air into the engine bay). Our Golfs have recirculating dump valves, which puts some of the air back into the turbo system to help it spool up again (I think).
That also helps explain the difference in noise. Some people can fit atmospheric DV (I think most success is on the AGU engines) with little or no problems, but if the car was designed to have a recirculating valve, it is far better to stay with that system as the car will think something is wrong and throw up error codes.

I have a Forge 007p and a CAI Kit on mine and it sounds just like a dump valve and very loud.

I think the Forge Split R valve is a compromise between the two systems (Atmospheric + Recirculating), dumping some of the air back into the turbo system and some into the engine bay. Again, this can throw up error codes on some engines though.

Im gonna have forge 007p and a piper X panel filter if I got a forge 007p..... what you think that would be like?
