Title: Alloy wheel protectors
Post by: emmat68 on 30 March 2010, 22:09
I have just ordered a set of rim protectors for my 18" Pirellis. has anyone else bought a set and if so , what are they like?

Got them from Alloygators.co.uk. Worked out at a tenner a rim.

I've not used them, but know a few who have. They are okay up to a point. If you just scrape then they do give protection, but anything over that and they simply rip partly or fully off. Probably worth a tenner if you tend to be a natural born kerb hugger
