With more than 6 months of development and testing from the design concept of the Golf RZR launched in January 2010. The styling kit has finally come to its final production model and has been renamed to "Razor" for its aggressive and sharp edged design

Looks nice, although you lose the foglights. Is this blatent advertising on your own behalf?

The wheels are
I like the LED's thats about it.

BUMP

Also not convinced by the wheels, but the rest of it looks ok. A nice aftermarket solution that doesn't look OTT.
-
Why fiddle with a good design?
The 'R' has LEDs, the 'GTi' does not. This what sets them apart.
This is a half-way house and looks it. Not good IMO.
-
For a body kit that's not bad. Wouldn't be my choice but it is relatively subtle - better than that Porsche front bumper in the other thread anyway.

I always thought the GTI could do with losing the fog light fangs, some wider versions of the standard grilles would do the trick.
-
Nar only base model cars don't come with foglights.

True, but there are several members on here have already fitted 'R' LED rear lights, and there are several more will be after the group buy goes through.
LED front lights are going to be pretty much standard on most newly designed cars now as DRL's are going to be a requirement in 2011 - and LED's look nice!

 I'll race my base model against your GTI. If it ever arrives
-
I was being kind earlier. It is a complete abortion!
The LEDs look fine on the 'R' front bumper and really suit it. But this thing is something else!
The rear is also so vile, that the only thing that can improve it is a good shunt!
The wheels would be radically improved if they were heavily kerbed!
As for all the other bits: there must have been a job-lot so they stuck the whole thing on.
Deserves to fail miserably.
6 months of wasted effort!

Not keen to be honest.

Not keen to be honest.
Now that is the ultimate understatement!

If I could get those LED's at the front as a mod, I'd probably do it.

As long as i could keep the fogs too.

It will look like a chandelier! :lipsrsealed:

+3
But I'd like to disguise the fogs a little with some dark Lamin-x so the front end doesn't end up a dogs dinner of styles.

I want my modified GTI to look like a standard GTI for several obvious reasons......

I am with you on this 100%.
That car is

.
I've never seen a spoiler underneath the rear diffusor. Maybe because it's a stupid idea? The whole point of having one is gone and it won't work as intended.
-
LED lights are about the only thing that does it for me.

I agree with you there, Exonian: knowing when to stop is the key to successful modifying.
The LEDs are the only nice part. The CF rear spoiler looks ridiculous and, as has been said, what's the point of a spoiler underneath a diffuser?
If you go to their website, it says they are "Specialized in Houseware, sanitary-ware, loose furniture, marine and decorative items". Hmmm....

Perfectly qualified then..

I do not know if there is a paintshop specialist among us....but I bet you that in black it will turn out a rather nice car....
I know I will buy it in black or carbon steel anyway...but okay I would ditch the alloys ....give them away for free... ...
-
Everyone it seems wants to use a Tornado Red Golf to show off their wares. Obviously, it is the most flattering colour. Even VW use a Red car in their brochure.
Listen you butchers, use some other colours. Then we can really see what crap you produce.
-
I hate spoiling your fantasy but the top of GTI the 900 BHP one is BLACK...
I myself prefer BLACK as the best colour (although technically speaking Black and White are not defined as colours.. :lipsrsealed:)...on a GTI, RED on the Ferrari and YELLOW on the Lambo and GREY on the Aston and WHITE on the Porsche.......
-
technically speaking Black and White are not defined as colours
Pedantic (and massively off-topic) point of order: black is not a colour, but white is :nerd:
-
Can't believe all the hate for the BBS LM's, proper nice wheels and cost a pretty penny.
The photo on this page is blatant photoshop of a VW press picture.

I am not pedantic believe me...I even leave room here for correction.....
I just got carried away by nice cars with sexy colours...it happens...

I meant I was being pedantic for correcting you

I shall think about forgiving you (...or does that sound pedantic)
Anyway in half an hour I have some sort of an apointment to go to...so I am quite over the moon
