Title: best lowering springs 40mm & exhaust for a mk3 1.6 cl N reg ?????HELP

hello mk3 nation im 17 and own a N reg 1.6 mk3 golf rolling stones or rolling stoned haha i want some cheapish springs good quality ne help ???? i also need a decent dual upswept exhaust that doesnt sound like a car off need for speed like the dickheads in 1.2l corsa's whos exhaust is the size of a paint can and sounds like a roid head being sick haha cheers  :smiley:

No point in lowering springs whatsoever dude, better off changing the shocks to uprated ones at the same time, although for the little extra dollar you might aswell buy some cheapish coilovers off ebay. Can't help with the exhaust I'm afraid.

I also have an N reg 1.6

As another 1.6 owner I'd say the same, jamex coilovers off ebay are fine and only 170 don't know about exhausts tho!
