Title: anyone recommend a good oil ??

im doing a oil change  - agu 1.8 20v T   im thinking castrol gtx 10w40 semi syn  ??
also  4 litres enough ???

Dont use that mate.

Have a look at the TPS parts list thread and get your oil, oil filter,sump plug and washer from the dealers or your local TPS. ( TPS will be cheaper but still gen parts)
Always go genuine with service items.

i use motul specific for my golf , very good oil and keeps good pressure even when hot . ive always used it in my wrxs and skylines too . around £30 a gallon for the golf so not to bad !
my civic type r used 0w30 fully synth at £65 a pop  :sad: that upset me
