Title: interior bulbs

i wana change all my interior bulbs including puddle light on the doors to LED ones... but cant find what type they are! can someone please shed some light :smiley:

501's in the doors mate

the doors are festoon bulbs, cant remember what size (mm) they are tho sorry

the interior light (centre) is a festoon bulb aswell

the 2 lights either side of the centre bulb are 501 wedge bulbs

ive done my vanity lights too behind the sun visors , theyre festoon bulbs too.

you can buy the set of bulbs on ebay, i think i paid around £15 for mine, mine are blue LED's and look good at night, especially the door puddle lights.

best thing to do is take your original bulbs out first and measure them to make sure you buy the right length (mm) festoons.

unless theyre festoon on earlier models, mines X 2001 , i have seen them on ebay tho with a 501 wedge bulb..

depends on your model year early ones were festoon type bulbs and later ones were the wedge type 501's i found this out when i changed mine for some blue ones  :laugh:
