Title: MAF is this the same as the Oxygen Sensor Control...thanks.

Hi please can any1 tell me is the MAF sensor the same as the Oxygen Sensor Control on a golf gti mk3....if not where is the Oxygen Sensor Control Please, is it the Lambda sensor..... Thanks.

I am guessing but Oxygen Sensor is the Lambda which is in the exhaust.

yep oxygen sensor is the lambda probe in the exhaust.

maf sensor is the mass air flow meter attached to the intake between the filter and the engine to measure the air the engine takes in so it can meter the fuel properly.
