Title: heated seats on mk2 !

Hi Can anyone tell me if heated seats were fitted to the mk2 ? was it just on the later 16v cars , are these common as i would love some heated seats

I don't think heated seats were ever standard on UK cars but they were an expensive option. Most sets that end up over here will be from German market Golf's. Keep a look out on PVW classifieds, Ebay etc as they appear quite often

have a set for sale in the classifieds and its from a uk car. I didnt believe they came with them either but they do the car is a 1991 late spec 16V, check out 16V breaking

Thanks people , I'd love some heated seats in my golf i have seen the heating elements for sale on ebay and 'ill watching the price closely.
 Another Question does anyone know the price of a 1991 gti 5dr 8v when it was new ? or can give me a line to a web site with this info. Cheers
