Sorry if this is in the wrong section (making a habbit of this)

I have a 5 door mk4 and for love nor money can i open the rear passengers door!!! its jammed completely!! can not open it from inside or out.

i have managed to prise the door card off and pull on the rod arm and handle cable yet it still wont budge!

HELP!!!???

check its not in the lock mode ie child locks on

I cant check as door is jammed shut!! all central locking works, the outside handle has no resistance

i had this and it was the small cable that connects to the outer door handle was not in tight enough so prevented the door from opening
reach right up to the lock module in the door and find the little cable with a type of nipple on it and pull that and the door should then open

Problem solved!!! child lock was on!!!! managed to work the screw around at an angle and she popped open!! then had access to reconnect the cable to the handle
