Been covered fairly recently, someone doing a group buy on them.

They have to be used with a debadge grill = NO insert in bumper

I agree, but there are lots of cheap imitations out there and with some the fitment is poor, I've seen plenty that look crap because people don't spend the extra to get a decent part.....

This it the link that inspierd me to get my  R32 bumper

Its the second link down on Dub 77 first post is the one we went for and then on page 7 the bumper is on Dub77 car :)

As for making it look better its all down to 'eye of the beholder'. My reson was i have quite a big FMIC and want it to be hidden a behind the bumper a bit more and i have always wanted a twin exharts out back so the R32 idear was my choice. Would not look to good it you have a heavy looking back end with out a heave look front end in my eys any way.

I would say the bumper is good and is lighter than the origane VW one, but im shore the VW is stronger than this one.

Alot of difference in price thats why, £350 for a genuine one. £60 for a copy then spraying on top.

And stay well away from fibreglass you might its ok for a week or 2 then be pissed off with it.
