OK i managed to get my boost gauge fitted lastnight! (pics will follow after the weekend )
I took the car out for a quick spin but was only round the block so 30/40mph max in 3rd/4th. I'm getting what i believe to be the correct boost for a standard car with the gauge reading 0.6Bar (~9psi) on full throttle but on idle i'm getting roughly -0.7/0.8bar (~10/11.5psi).
When i searched people were getting a lot lower than this at idle, roughly -19psi? Does the vacuum figure change with a remapped car at all hence why mine is lower? My gauge only goes down to -1.0bar (~14.5psi) so it wouldn't be able to read -19psi anyway!?!
Cheers,
Matt.

negative figures shouldn't be in psi they read in/hg

Remap doesnt make a difference - Other than achieving higher boost pressure.
Mine reads -10 on idle and boosts upto 25psi in 6th

OK cheers guys.
Wazzer - I didn't know this, i'll get pics up after the weekend but the gauge definitely says -1.0 at the 6 o clock position so it's probably the scale they put on the make it look all the same. At the end of the day i can always ignore this as its the boost under load i'm bothered about knowing to make sure its boosting as it should.
EDIT - I just did an online conversion from Bar to inHg and 0.7Bar is approx 20in Hg so it looks like the gauge reads correct!
Jordy - This is what i suspected, thanks!
Cheers,
Matt.
