Does anyone know how to use vag com to bleed the abs pump on a mk3 golf vr6? the pedal isn't quite as good since i've changed the pump, any help would be appreciated thanks

thanks, will try that. does activating the pump as it says mean that the pump will push any air out of it? if so should i have the bleed nipples open when the pump is activated?

Yes, you need to bleed the whole system at the same time.

you have to open the front caliper bleed nipples on both sides when prompted by the on-screen vagcom display. It'll also tell you when to put your foot on the brake.. you need to be firm with this because it'll pump the pedal back up against your foot as it bleeds the air out.
just re-read and not sure if this procedure works on mk3s sorry.. never tried it.
