just one of those tenner code readers from ebay, as i have an airbag light up, is the software i got suitable to clear it? cheers

nope those will only read engine fault codes

you need something vag specific or an airbag specific tool

Just thought i would say, solved this, cleared my air bag light. total cost of 10 quid!! issue i was having was with com ports. the ebay cable does work!
