Title: Renewal price more than if I cancelled and started again!

I got my renewal from Bell through at the weekend, £679 fully comp. I went online and put the same details in on their website and got a quote of £440, I rang them and asked them why and they couldn't tell me!  :shocked:

I wonder how many people get their renewal quote through and don't bother looking around again?! They must make a killing by doing that!  :angry:

that happened to me but i got a cheaper quote from elephant rang bell back and cos their the same company they priced matched it with better cover

Yeh they price matched the online quote for me, i'm just hacked off at them in principal! If they weren't the cheapest i'd go elsewhere!

dom, the'y are all the same. i do new quotes every year instead of the renewal, always find cheaper

If you're that annoyed at it write to the company MD with some probing questions. They might give you some more money off  :cool:
