Is it still valid for 2 years when a policy runs out, I very much doubt I will be buying a car this year but have 11yrs ncd.

cant you just buy a sh!tter for like 50 just to insure, its worth a few ££ than loosing 11years of ncb?

Most companies will allow NCB that's 2 years old, some will do up to three but you'll need to check with them first.  :smiley:

^ what he said, most allow up to 2 years, some 3 years. Some companies will want an explanation to why there has been a gap in cover.  :smiley:
