Try R-Tech. will be between £200-300 depending on if you get it mobile re-mapped or not. if its AGU then you're likely to get about 190bhp if everything is running as it should

Barry - cheers mate. Is that on the standard internals, no other aftermarket upgrades?

Standard internals. Aftermarket upgrades such as Full exhaust, TIP and induction kit all help a little but between 180 - 200 is about average for an AGU. upgrade the turbo to the K03s (later models have this) + R-Tech map and you'll be looking at 220+

AGU + KO3s is the best of both worlds ;)

Not many people do the KO4 conversion as to do a proper job its A LOT of work and money and unless your going to get mental and get some real power like 300+ I personally don't think its really worth it. 220 is more than enough to shove through the front wheels of a MK4.

Cheers for the info everyone. Only been on here a couple of days & had some great, fast replies  Just been having a look on the r-tech website too

Didn't realise it was possible to release so much extra bhp out of a turbocharged 1.8 - look forward to having a new project
