hi guys,about to change the oil pump on my aum, any ideas on how to do it? or a step by step guide or something?? do i have to time the engine when i change i to??

Easy to do mate.
Buy a genuine oil pump and oil pump strainer(£12) with seals, also sump sealer
* Remove sump
* Remove strainer(2 x bolt)
* Remove bolts out of pump pulley(pulley off)
* Remove bolts out of pump(pump off)
* Fit pump(with pulley off)
* Fit pulley onto chain and back onto pump
* Fit sump(clean off and reseal edges)
You'll obviously need oil and filter as you'll have drained it all.

No. Just spins off crank chain, not in sync, you'll see when dissassembled.
