Title: Limp Mode f**k!!

orite boys my car has just gone into limp mode today injector 1 has packed up and had to drive 30 miles on 3 cylinders felt like i was doing more damage going to replace injectors all four but what ones shall i get only got the standard turbo so dont want anything crazy anyone no any good

How did you come to the conclusion it was the injectors?

had a mechanic look mate you can disconect the injectors as the engine is running and if you discontect injector 1 there is no difference in engine noise so onviously that ones fooked

That sound difference is the cylinder not running with the injector unplugged it wont be firing and with the coil pack broke it wont be firing.

I would get it scanned. Swap a coil packs to cy1 to see if it changes.

yeh had it on the computer and it said fault in injector 1 but its all linking in with other problems too coil pack 1 is a lil marked too little brown :sad: had water in it me thinks

I would say swap the coils just to be sure. Then lead from there. I have heard of new coils break quickly.
