Title: pcv vale box jsut behind coolant resiviour

On the agu there is a little black box containing 3 (what i think are) pcv valves, 2 look they are connected to the pcv system and another seems to have a wire coming off it. its the box located just to the right of the coolant overflow/coolant tank in the engine bay.

for some reason all 3 of my valve things dont look like they are seated flush with the top of the black box? is this normal as pushing them down wont will not seat them any better?
