Yep there em, Youll won't get a set cheaper than £45 as the FK/Eibach ect.. sets are expensive.

but are the cheap ebay ones ok or will they possiable break or cause problems?

They're fine, they're cheaper because there made of steel, Expensive ones are make of light/strong grades of ally.

Ideally best getting a lighter set so you aren't increasing your unsprung weight alot but if your not bothered go for it.

And as long as your locking nuts still reach to turn 2 threads or so thats fine, You have 4 other bolts torqued up.

I bought a set of 4 20mm hubcentric spacers. i think 20mm is too wide for front wheels.
i am looking for a set of 10mm hubcentric for the front wheels, could do with an exchange?
anyone interested?

1)You will indeed need 8 more longer bolts, unsure if VW sell them but i know Awesome Gti do

2)The std thread length of a mk4 golf bolt is 28mm,so you'll need 39mm thread length bolts.

3),yes it is fine to cut down wheel bolts, personally i'd put a nut of it and when you take the nut back off it will clean the thread up for you.

If you put a nut onto the bolt and cut the bolt where required, when you take the nut back off it will clean up the end of the thread so it can be bolted in without cross threading.

I buy my bolts from here

---------------------------
I Bought Volkswagen Golf MK4 Black LED Tail Lights from Essex Racing on the 27th of April 2010.
They were out of stock therefore i asked them to cancel he order on 28/04/10
I made a payment of £150 via internet on their website
I have been waiting for 30 days now,
They are rude and keep me waiting on the phone.
The woman who pick up the phone told me that i can report the company if i want to or do whatever i want
They said that i have to speak to account department which open at 1pm to 4pm but the line is always busy when i am on the phone.
I have not received my money back.
Now they said they will send me a cheque, so i am waiting
