does any one know if porsche calipers will fit behind r32 alloys without spacers?

i dont think they do however im not 100% im about 99.9% i dont think u would need big spacers anyway, ive just got a set of 7mm spacers brand new £10

type in ebay, mk4 golf spacers theres loads on there, can get with bolts for like £20.

i think u may have to wait for all the useful people to come on tomorrow there all lightweights  :grin:

Which porsche calipers ? and Which R32 wheel - Reps or Genuine, Reps are ET35 and Genuine are ET38

I run genuine with a 10mm spacer for the porsche big reds.

996's are smaller.

Sorry can't say how much smaller. Mine only just fit with 10mm spacer.

Cheers for the replys guys hopefully someone will come on and know for sure and if I do need them what size.  Other question is if I get spacers where can I get longer bolts from and what's the difference between hubcentric and not?

you can source longer bolts from ebay or try venom motor sport for their fk ones  :wink: you really need to fit hubcentric spacers these are bored out to fit onto your hub and have a lip on them to locate the alloy as if it was the normal hub and also these elliminate any vibration as they are part of the hub using normal spacers runs the risk of vibration but that can be elliminated by using longer bolts the best ones imo are hubcentric fitting ones

You carnt get less than 10mm hubcentric spacers so was thinking if i only need a few mm that I would use 5mm each side.

But no one has given me a 100% answer if they will fit without spacers or not

         gen r32 alloys bit over 996 rears on the front with a 3mm spacer
