Title: turbo problems

hi all just wondered if any one could give me any advice on my turbo i think its broke could somebody please give me some info on how i can diagnose it

white / blue smoke out of the back is usually a clear indicator

yea like rhyso said,well you shud of gone for a V5 and you would have no turbo trouble haha  :tongue:.

well there is no smoke but i do seem to have lost a lot of power well i say lost my turbo doesnt seem to kick in as quick as usual

could be a boost leak then - stick you head under the bonnet and around the drivers wheel arch to check for any obvious signs of a split or loose pipe

could it be a split in the turbo intake pipe thats why its losing so much power.
