Title: Knocking noise

Hi guys,

started to develope a knocking noise when the wheels are turned quite a bit when turning right only when taking off or moving slowly coming from front left wheel it started off knock once gradually getting worse i would sey, just had new top mounts and polybushed wishbone bushes just wee while back

what think it could be?

Ball joint?

I'd maybe jack it up and check for play in the wheel

if you've had the wishbones poly bushed then id say ball joint or Anti Roll Bar bushes

okay cheers mate i thought it might have been a wheel bearing or cv joint maybe?

Might be mate you never know, just best to start small and check obvious things first before paying horrendous garage prices these days.

If you use the search bar you might be able to find some past posts about the same problem to get a bit more info

Did you have the top mounts etc fitted at a garage? If so you might be able to get it checked over for nothing if it was recent work

my mate fitted them whos a mechanic but it was happening before i got them fitted mate just they are new because i put my coilovers on and yes ive got the fk anti-roll bar so driveshaft dont hit  :grin:
