Title: How to remove Talktalk phone aerial from tailgate window??

I have an annoying aerial on the tailgate window, how the hell do i remove this?? I have a funny feeling its been bolted through the window.

Looks as though it was fitted professionally by the first owner of the car and obviously its not needed now... i want it removed really.

unbolt it and fit a bung/grommit
