Title: white deposits on plugs

just done a plug change and done the anti roll bar bushes and drop links.

anyway it has some crappy bosch iridiums in it (promptly replaced by some nice NGK plugs) and on the carbon deposits on the plug there was white ontop of the carbon (signs or lean/detonation if i remember rightly) anyone else had this problem. i installed a new fuel filter today and it had a new air filter a few days ago. jsut hopeing the fuel pump or fuel regulator is fine as i belive it wont throw up a check engine light?
where are the service ports to get a fuel pressure gauge on the system?
