Title: wheel nuts
Post by: FOREST GREEN on 05 March 2010, 16:07
Hi, does anyone know where I can get a new set of wheel nuts for my car please? I'm refurbing the wheels, but the nuts will look crap :sad:Preferably a set which is either chrome or black in colour and preferably with a locking nut for each wheel. The wheels are standard 15" Longbeach affairs 5x100 centres. Or can I get cap covers for the original bolts?

Thanks

If you want standard bolts couple of quid each from main dealers. Locking nuts about £25 for a set.

They will be no good for factory alloys.

I polished mine on the old golf....wet and dry and a quick buff and they were good as new

If you're gonna buy new ones you will need m14 x 1.5 with a radius seat for standard longbeach alloys.
