Hi again ppl
Since having my head gasket done 5 days ago or so. Every morning when i start my engine cold there a slight knock sound and when im driving i can feel it through my pedals. Once the engine is warm it is fine and stays fine all day unless i have let it stand for some time allowing the engine to go cold again.
Do you think it could be the exhaust down pipe, could the bolts need tightening up some more because like i said once engine warm everything is fine. Do you think with the heat the exhaust down pipe is expanding and then the knock/noise stops very frustrating help any1. Cheers.

If it is your downpipe, then you would also hear it blowing loudly.

exhaust routing mate, down the tunnel under the car, mine was doing it after exhaust repairs.
like yours it went quiet when hot. It was too close to the tunnel wall. i had to budge it over at the middle hanger.
