Title: VAG.com options/settings

Is there anywhere that lists all the options settings that can be changed with VAG.com?

My car's going into the dealers for a week to fix an issue with the passenger seat, so wanted to see if I could get them to alter any settings whilst it's in there

is it possible to get thing 'activated' on the car for anything future you may install ?

i.e. I should be getting the fiscon kit, if i get the dealer to enable it when I see him on Monday then fit it later, is that ok ?

I asked my dealer for certain settings and got bounced.

Asked for the phone to be switched on - I have BT kit ready to go - gave me some BS about draining the battery??

Asked to turn staging on - where all the needles spin round the dial when turned on, just cos it looks good. Said the master tech (I read that as saturday lad) has never heard of it so wont do it.

And asked for them to turn of the daft fog light turn on thing when turning a corner, said they have to get permission to do that from VW, never heard anything since.

Yeah re phone Kev. I had mine activated when they did the PDI and then fitted my Fiscon a week later. Absolutely no issues.
Fiscon told me it might produce an error on the MFD until the unit was installed but it never threw up any errors.

Ask them to "Enable telephone 77 on the CAN gateway"

ive been wondering as i have vag com but not used it much and dont undrestand it fully ,
will i be able to find how much the engine on my car has reved ( ie hard reving due to pdi and mecanic going for a spin) at time of delivery ?
just a thought and if it is possible i wil take my laptop with me when i go to the dealer for pikup
