Title: 16v KR "over-run cut off valve".. Anybody know where I can get 1?

I just need to get a replacement overrun cut off valve for my '90 16v Gti to make it sweet again..
I've tried the main dealer who tell me VAG no longer hold these parts, so does anyone know where I can get my hands on a good working or preferably new cut off valve?
